In the pre-screening interview, candidates supply their employment history, the type of work they prefer and the hours they are available. The agency then matches applicants with companies that fit those needs. Many businesses require criminal background checks and drug testing, as well.
“Our employees have the flexibility to make their own schedules,” Rodriguez says.
“We take the stress off them in finding a position: We call them when something becomes available that they might be interested in, and they get to work with several clients in different industries.
They have the option to take a short-term assignment that may only last a week, and we also offer long-term jobs that can last months. Temp-to-hire positions give candidates the opportunity to take a full-time position with the company after their trial period.”
